The Corporate Sensitization Workshop series was kicked-off in Kochi where close to 13 employers had participated and shared their views on hiring Persons with Disabilities. While existing renowned employers like KFC and Mc. Donald’s testified for their employees who had disabilities, new employers like Sutherland, found the workshop intriguing and have shown interest to take a step forward in this direction.
